Default Wow!

I hope they get what they are asking for. It's great that these cars are starting to get some respect.

They are notoriously very high with every car they sell. Granted, they seem to sell the best examples, but over $100k for a 944 Turbo is a lot!!!

wow, they both have super LOW Miles. not sure if I would want a time capsule with low Miles over a fully restored and modified 951. Better have some serious receipts either way.

As much as I love these cars, with that kind of money I would find a nice 1986 930 Slantnose or something.

For that kind of money, you would think that they would have replaced the coolant reservoir...

and I hope they get close to their asking price. Yes they are asking a large sum of money but this helps all of us if and when we sell our babies.

I think we all know that an '89 951 with 8K miles is well beyond $20K. I would reasonably price this car around $50-75K, since premium examples with higher (driveable) mileage would be $30-40K.

That's the main problem with this car. It's undriveable, because you'd be taking several dollars off of the value for every mile you drive. This car with 30K miles is worth less than half as much.

Could easily sell at that price, as where you going to find another one like that at any price

This auction broke 11 world records for Porsche prices including some very expensive 944 derivatives, and that was 3 years ago

I have my Pcars insured through Haggerty. I got a letter from them today stating that they want to change the agreed values to $20K each for the '86 and '89 951s, and to $8K for the '84 944.
The prices are definitely on the rise. Finally!
