After driving the car through the rain a few days ago I have been noticing a constant squealing or whining noise coming from the front of the car. When I rev it the noise does not go away, but just stays the same - no louder, no quieter. It is not affecting performance, but I know that whatever was wet should have dried by now - so something must be wrong.

Any help?
