I've looked at my WSM & online exploded view diagrams and can't find where this goes. I assume it goes on one of the barbs but where does the other end go? And should those other barbs be covered or attached to something?

Hard to tell from your picture but there should be 2 barbs. One goes to the connection under the throttle body and the other goes to the emissions vacuum valve in front of the relay/fuse box. When I redid my lines I connected the one I couldn't blow or suck through(when engine was cold) to the throttle body connection.

Thanks, you answered my question. One of my barbs is broken. Now I've opened a can of worms and am chasing some other blocked off lines.
