Yes, 200 euros including the diff.

I don't know the part number, but all Audi V8 models have Torsen rear diff (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audi_V8) that can be used in 944 gearbox.

It is required that one of the bearing mating surfaces to be turned down 2mm to accept Porsche diff bearing and that's all.
