I think I may be able to help you out with this. I have actually been hard at work for a few months now working on a roller barrel setup for 16v and 8v turbo motors and a plenum, of course, is a required item. I have a few designs all ready put together. I would not mind designing you one to your dimensions.

How do you intend to clear the brake booster?

Maybe the setup is shorter than it appears....

There should be no issue on the brake booster. It is the perspective that is used here. The plenum does not extend to much further beyond the last stack. Just enough to not impede its draw.

WOW. price? I've been working on a low budget DIY 4 valve turbo ITB setup using 46mm ZX12 butterflies and a hacked up S2 manifold that would allow staged injection using the ZX12 fuel rail and injectors and 4 80# units in the stock location.
