Default Water in Driver's Door

Any thoughts on why a driver's side door would fill up with water?

We had heavy rain today. The seals for the window and mirror appear fine.

Door drain holes on the bottom of the door clogged. Open the door and remove bottom section of door gasket - you will see few small holes there, I bet they are all full of accumulated dirt.

It's usually a good idea to give the whole area a a good clean, if the dirt has built up to the point of blocking drain holes, as often the combination of accumulated dirt and water, sitting in the door, traps moisture and will lead to rust.

Thanks, I was not aware that there are drain holes. My assumption was that water should never get in there to begin with.
