I know i saw this somewhere on some thread.
But can i do this?
Do i use glue or something?
my intake keeps hitting the turbo and i can't take much more off the turbo.

Yes i have done this i used gasket seal "rubber glue" between the two gaskets just to be sure. I also used studs and nuts for the intake so that i was sure about alignement before bolting down the intake. It passed my leaktest two times so it worked fine.

I've got "copper gasket" which is some type of gasket glue. That should work as it's rubberised. I'll glue first then let dry a little so they are aligned.

I did see intake spacers several years ago in my mechanics garage was planning to use those when we installed a bigger turbo in another car, cant remember were he got them though . They were very nice with oring groves on each side

I have phenolic spacers I sell in a kit with gaskets and hardware. Been selling them for many years. I only have then for the 2.5 8v head. They keep temperature off the intake too

This happens while under boost right? Seeing the mark? Consider semi solid engine mounts. This will keep your stock mounts from the "scrunch" and still allow decent vibration dampening. Don't buy the solid rubber ****.

I have Cep semi solids and they are nice, helped With vibration and turbo rubbing. My mechanic like the Lindsey ones . There are a few who produce them like 9products etc. However I went from old bad factory mounts. The CEP mounts will also lower the engine 6mm.LR mounts are adjustable with shims 5mm 10mm or stock height .

This is what I have in my car. Lowered the motor, and stopped the intake from hitting the strut bar when under boost. The stock mounts would move about an inch when viewed on the dyno during a hard run. The intake would actually hit the strut brace and under idle, you could put your fingers under the brace and intake with plenty of room. Seeing the motor move that much forced the mount change. Tried solid first, way too much vibration, these semi-solid mounts are close to stock. I also used their semi-solid trans mount after the dreaded solid mount.
