Exclamation Moriss Dampers Bankruptcy Notice

I just thought I'd share this bankruptcy notice with everyone, in case anyone has outstanding transactions with Moriss Dampers...

On 8/19/03, Moriss filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in the Eastern District of Michigan US Bankruptcy Court. Case number 03-62818-mbm.

If you've bought something from them, but it hasn't arrived, or if you're unhappy with any services they provided, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Bankruptcy Trustee:
Charles Taunt
700 East Maple Road
Second Floor
Birmingham, MI 48009
248-647-1127

Good luck!

Mike Buck is. I was actually ready to purchase a set early this month, but they're lack of response led me to order a set of Ledas. Now, I know why they weren't returning phone calls.

Took delivery of my Bilstein setup in late July. Good timing on my part it turns out. No proprietary stuff, so if I have a problem I should be able to get it fixed somewhere.

Very happy after 6 track days on the new suspension so far.

Mike, I recently got a bilstein turbo cup suspension too... In early july, when it was aparent that Moriss wasn't going to come through, I ordered the bilstein setup. Last weekend was my first chance to try it out -- 400 miles at Watkins Glen, and I'm very happy. It was less than the Moriss setup, so every dollar was worth it. And, if I ever need rebuilding or revalving done, I know that bilstein will be around.

Does anyone have an update on the state of Morris?

Thanks.

Karl.

Moriss is no more. Watch out for products sold under the name 'Moen' though ( not the faucets ). Stay away.
