idle rpm drops when warm
When cold my car idles nicely at ~850.
After driving for a short time idle then drops to about 600 and stays there.
I've read a few of the threads on adjusting the idle.
In some circumstances u are required to short B&C on the test plug when adjusting the idle screw, others scenarios this was not reccomended. But I havn't been able to get a good enought insight into how idle stabalizer and idle throttle bypass work in tandom.
Any insights into my gremlin appreciated.

When cold your car should actually idle higher. If you don't disable the idle stabilizer when adjusting the idle you do not know if it is supplying some of the air to maintain the set idle.
The way the two work together is the idle screw is suppose to let enough air into the engine to maintain a steady idle at normal operating temperature and the idle stabilizer is controlled by the ECU to add extra air when the car needs it like cold starts and when the AC is on.
