There is not much info in that add. Nothing obviously wrong from the pics that I can see (apart from the tear in the driver's seat bolster, but that's not unusual, and I would like to know what those strange things on the passenger side airbag)
Pics like that don't mean much. It's a start, but you really need to see the maintenance history. At an absolute minimum, you should start by finding out about:
-timing belt/water pump/front seals
-clutch
-suspension (basically everything, shocks, strut mounts, bushings etc.)
There is a ton of smaller things that could still cost a fortune, but these are things I'd ask about first since they will have the biggest impact cost-wise.
Just picking a recent ad off rennlist at random, this is the kind of info that you need to make an informed decision, imo. Not that is has to have all those mods - some prefer if it doesn't - but you should have that kind of detail.

Instrument cluster with 180mph/300kmh belongs to 88 turbo S or 89+ turbo.

Car looks good from the pictures but as mentioned, find out its history. Things that need replaced add up quick and you will end up doing a lot of "well your in there" type things as well.
If you are the type of person who doesn't plan to maintain the car yourself I would avoid a 951. That is just my opinion though.
Good luck!

Interesting, I have never seen 220hp 951 with 300kmh speedometer.

If you would not feel bad putting another $7500 into it over the next couple of years it's a good choice. Not saying you would have to, but there is no way to be sure you would not. BTW, you should not feel bad about that. There are not many cars to match a fully sorted out 951 for $15k
