Post Fuel Pump Psi ???

Does anyone know of high psi (60+) fuel pumps??? I don't care what type of car, year, make or model, just high psi.

Also, can you use a lower psi pump with just a high psi fuel pump regulator??? i.e. 40 psi pump with 60 psi regulator???

Try a Weldon 2025. It is bullet proof and will flow enough for 1200 hp. That's about 3 of my cars

Cost is also an issue. I am doing a project with it so looking to keep it under 100$.

Is it possible to have say a 50psi pump and use a high pressure regulator to get it to 75-100psi???

The thing with fuel-pumps is that there's a crisscross function of pressure vs. flow. Pressure is really the max-pressure rating as determined by the FPR. So for a sample pump, it may have max-pressure and max flow-rates as follows:

100psi = 50gpm
75psi = 75gpm
50psi = 100gpm

This is also one of the reasons why increasing fuel-pressure in order to avoid having to replace injectors is a fallacy at a certain point. Because the higher you increase pressure, the lower volume you'll get delivered from the pump.

So with your project, you have to add in the flow-volume requirements as well.

Actually low volume is fine.

All I need is high pressure. Anyone guessed the project yet???

hint: I just need a high pressure, very fine mist.

The Bosch .044 fuel pumps are rated ar 650 H/P. They were designed to withstand the rigors of racing. It's been a few yrs. since I bought the 2 for the 951. I believe they run between $350.00-$500.00. Contact Jon Milledge @781-834-3932. I needed 2 due to fact that turbos run rich and fuel pressure was dropping on the dyno w/1 pump, above 5000. Especially for those cold mornings.

Yep, water injection. Possibly dual stage. So I need high psi, but low volume is ok.

Seen a couple on ebay that look good.
