So to those that have seen collapsed crossover pipes... where?

I'm looking for the source of my lack of boost and I took off everything but the downpipe and crossover. It's all clear to that point, and I took a camera on looked to the turbo on the downpipe and went in the wastegate port up to the o2 sensor and that was clear too. Then I started it up to see if it would make boost, but no. I then noticed something odd. When I felt the pipes, the flat part across was cool, the wastegate was cool, but the part the goes up to the exhaust manifold was really hot! That is one area I can't look at without pulling it, but it got me wondering. Has anyone who has seen collapsed crossovers seen it collapse there? It seems unlikely. Is there anything else that could plug it up?

I can't see back towards the exhaust manifold which is where I think the problem may be. The wastegate pipe is at an angle so it kind of forces you to go towards the turbo. It's not a tiny camera, so that's the best I can do. I'll probably pull it out this weekends and see. Just a lot of work.
