Default Leaving the 951 Family (for now)

After owning my 951, not once, but twice. I am moving on. It has been a faithful daily driver for the last few years and I relish driving it. She will be sorely missed but I got a such a great deal on a trade than I could not pass it up.

I will probably continue to lurk and have a bunch of extras that I will be selling.

Thank you all for a great experience.

Did you trade it for the car in background?

Congrats! I hear good things about the IS-F. They gave you good money on a trade-in? That's good (but dangerous) to know (I've been thinking more and more lately about ditching mine....) I wasn't sure how trading in a 944 Turbo would go... some might see "Porsche Turbo" and some might see "old 80s turd".

Probably did all right, but with a TR6 to finish restoring and a growing business, I simply did not have the time to do the major rework that the 951 was going to need in the next couple of years (HG suspension, tires and whatever else goes on a 28 year old car). So while my heart said keep it, logic dictated a new car. And the IS350 FSport is not bland. There will be another P-car down the road.
