Question Running rich...could use help diagnosing...

I'm running rich. Normally my a/f ratio gauge swings from lean to stoich/rich, but lately it has been holding constant rich (under partial or full throttle). Also under hard acceleration the car misses and I've got clouds of black smoke. Car runs fine otherwise. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Here's what I've checked:

TPS: good switch and potentiometer
Engine temp sender: good
Engine temp sender at AFM: good
Engine full load signal: good
AFM: supply voltage good, range 0.4 - 4.6 V (closed to open)...manual states 0.25 - 4.6 V
Vacuum leaks: Found one and fixed it...no dice
Fuel pressure: Don't remeber the exact reading, but I think it was 36 or 39 psi.

What I'm doing next:
replacing O2 sensor
reading your feedback

TIA!

Oh and another thing...don't think it's related as there hasn't been a change, but it's worth mentioning. Every time I've removed the intercooler hoses I've noticed quite a bit of oil in the tubes. I've actually got a bit of oil coming out around the TPS.

Just a guess but try disconnecting the knock sensor and take it for a spin.

This weekend I replaced the oxygen sensor and fixed another vacuum leak (pulled the intake and replaced a hose and quite a few hose clamps...cleaned out the ICV, etc.). I also pulled my fuel injectors and bench tested them. The flow patterns on all 4 looked good (at around 40 psi), but I went ahead and flushed them with throttle body cleaner(xylene/acetone). Also went ahead and adjusted my toe and camber while I was under the car. Checked my blink codes...nada. After all that....still running rich!! So I pull in the driveway and see my fuel pressure gauge wrapped all the way around (over 60 psi). Yeah, that will do it. Wish I had seen that before. It was only rising intermittantly. Ordering a FPR tomorrow.

That's the thing Keith...I had checked the gauge like 3 times before I did all of the work!! Wish I had a fuel pressure gauge in the car, but those are a bit pricey. Anyway, you guys have a message on your machine from me to order a FPR...can't wait to get my car back running well. I guess the up side to all of this is that I fixed my vacuum leaks and know that my fuel injectors, ICV, AFM, TPS, temperature sensors, and O2 sensor are all good. Thanks for the help along the way.
