Unusual blink code ?

Due to a rich running issue I tried to read the blink codes, for some reason the LED is flashing constantly without interuptions, any one have an idea what the cause may be ?

I don't think anything that would trigger a blink code would be related to a rich condition.

Probably not but as it was an easy check I did it, the continuous flash suggests something is wrong, maybe broken joints in the KLR ?
