I just got a call back from John Brewer at AIR - they do make the ducts shown in their photo and have them available for $150. They offer a 10% discount for PCA members.
I'm probably going to order a set for my car.

For the people who are trying to fabricate

How are you applying the mold? Are you using a mold? Can you describe your materials and experience?

I want to put some on my 928, but use half of the larger opening for a PIAA light that will not look crappy.

If you could a couple of pics of the back sides and front would be great when you receive them. Also, any indication of how they attach (hopefully orig. screw holes) and how much material you have to remove behind them?
