don't know how much HP, but they say not to use it if your running more than 15lbs of boost.

Mine is bad, and I don't plan on running more than 15lbs.

Yes, that would be the right one..

You want this one for a porsche or for a saab?

Part number 0 280 142 108 for the Saab is the exact same as the Porsche BOV ('Air Cut Off Valve') which is part number 993.110.337.50 for the porsche 933.

If you boost over 16PSI with this BOV you will tear the diaphragm inside of it..

For my 87 951

I just need a stock replacement. Dwayne williams told me these hold up better than the stock porsche ones.

Bosch part number 0 280 142 110 ... Saab 9000 2.3T CBV, that one has (I think) the stiffest spring you can get.

What year would that be for? I can only find 2.0L Turbo's either 8v or 16v. The 16v turbo ends in 103.

EDIT: Sorry its a 1990 that has the 2.3L, Ordering now.

Go for the porsche replacement.. part number 993.110.337.50

its the same as the Bosch 0 280 142 103 but the porsche one has a stronger spring and I beleive the cap is made from brass rather than plastic on the bosch unit..

I have replaced my 993 bov (Bosch 0 280 142 103) with Saab one (0 280 142 110 ) Saab Bov has a stiffer spring than 993 bov. Otherwise the internals are the same.

Is that a BOV or BPV? is it a direct bolt on?
