Default sun roof limit switch question...wont open enough to remove sunroof

This has been an issue since I've owned the car, I'm guessing its because the limit switch for the sunroof isnt set right. It never leaks and it will open 95% of all the way up, but it wont tilt back quite far enough for me to be able to remove the panel. I'd like to be able to, how do I adjust it/set it correctly?

I had mine apart this last summer and used clarks process. It the only resource you will need.

Thanks! so the issue appears to be limit switch 1. Can I buy a new one, or do I just have to find a good used one?

Edit: available on pelican for 28 dollars each. I'll probably just replace both.
