If you are asking if you can remove the cycling valve with the dual port and manual boost controler the answer is yes. I have this and don't have the cycling valve installed. The dual port wastegate and MBC eliminate the need.
Hope thats the info you need.

You technically don't need a cycling valve with a manual boost controller, but you should probably get a wide band O2 and boost gauge if you are going to remove/bypass it. The stock one isn't accurate enough, and taking out the cycling valve inhibits all of the car's self preservation (IE, preventing wild overboost) capabilities.
BTW, a fuel enrichment valve is not a cycling valve. A fuel enrichment valve (or cold start valve) is an auxiliary valve that enriches the fuel ratio when an engine is cold by opening and spraying fuel directly in the manifold. It is connected to a thermotime switch, and is completely outside of the DME. Motronic fuel injection systems don't use them.

I'd just leave it alone, except for what LR says to do in the instructions. Then yank the CV out when you do the venturi delete, since you'll have the intake off anyway.
