Whats the point if turbo just blows air into the hood, lol its a giant leaf blower

Lol to keep the hood foam out of the inside. That can be routed inside the cab also if your blower motor ever fails

why do people put heat shields on their turbochargers? dont they hold the heat inside ? isnt that not healthy for turbocharger ? i recently saw a post in facebook 944 turbo group ill try to find it turbocharget didnt look good lol

he used the heat wrap around his turbocharger. here is outcome O.o

Factory does it all the time...Audi S6 V8TT engine

I dont think that holding heat inside a turbocharger is a good idea

That, my friends, is the safest way to turbo an NA (although the power increase will be modest).
