Engineering though for the day...
Once the exhaust gets past the turbo you want the piping to transfer the heat to the outside. Cooler exhaust gases will contract and the pressure will be reduced.
So thermal coating the post turbo exhaust system will not increase performance - it will degrade it (very, very slightly).

Three Wheelin'
I bought several cans from my friend who bought them from somewhere abroad but I don't know exactly from where, I guess USA. Have to ask him. He was going to open a small business locally but went other route (he likes to invest in weird projects after I give him some ideas and execute them on his 993)
EDIT: And I mistyped the name, it is Ceracore C-7300Q Black Velvet. here's the libk to the manufacturer: http://www.cerakotehightemp.com/finishes/C-7300Q/

It's a ceramic primer that I bought with the chrome ceramic (both Techline coatings from powderbuythepound). The primer was sprayed, baked, and then re-etched prior to spraying/baking the top chrome coat. They advertise the primer adds another 300-400F in temperate rating.
I think you're referring to the interior coating. I've never heard of nor seen a primer..... I don't see anything on Techlines site either.....

Chris, agree with your logic on heat coating post turbo but what about powder coating? I like the idea of adding a protective coating post turbo or is this even overkill if its a good quality SS system?
Plus esthetically I prefer a black look over a shiny look

Oh, also I forgot to mention. We had to 'adjust' the engine mounts to allow us to shift the whole engine across about 1/2" to the left if memory serves me correct. JET951 did the trick. Think he had to massage the mounts by drilling the slot wider?

It's not listed as Techline on that site, nor does Techline list it, but it came in a techline container.
Time will tell if it improves anything, I hope to have the car running in a few weeks.

Jet Hot works and will cut down temps, exhaust to turbo, surprised it hasn't been mentioned. Sterling 2000 will hold up on a street car for years and years, can't speak for track use and it will avg cutting down the temps on the outside of the coated piece by about 180 - 200 degrees. If you send pcs in, put bolts
This was $650 several years ago, the car dyno'd to spec with the LR package, exhaust, and the last time I got a message from the owner, coated pcs were still perfect.
