Should be fine, I run 225/40/18 in front and 265/35/18 in the ear and I feel like the rear tires arn't quite wide enough for a 10" wheel. When my set of PSS's are shot I'll get some 285/30's

235/40 ZR 18 X 8 50et front
295/30 ZR 18 X 11 45et back
On my 86 turbo, I had to run a 1 inch spacer on the front and a thin space on the rear(19mm if I remember correctly)
On my 90 S2 cab, I am running no spacer on the rear and had to roll the heck out of the rear fender and even flex/stretch/bend the fender out to clear the tires. On the front, I am running a thin spacer just so i have clearance from the bearing dust cap to fit the wheel center caps.

Ok, it fits just fine.
11j et65 with a 32mm spacer. Makes it a 11j et33 and no issues at all. No rubbing just a perfect fit with the 285/30/18 tyres
With a 18mm spacer the wheel could not turn. Just a few mm more would have worked. But only had the 32mm

Is that sitting at your ride height? Seems pretty high from that pic. Tyre looks somewhat stretched.
