am at 3230 with me, car alone is 3040.. she's heavy

I was running the car between 3050 and 3100lbs, depending on fuel level. Yours is a bit heavier.

However, I run at 5800ft elevation and DA is generally above 7500ft. I'd take the weight over our air

My best pass to date is 11.22 and best mph is 129.

What were most of your runs?

So far only have 2 passes on the car. First run was 12.2@116@15psi
2nd was the 11.9 pass at 20psi.

Need a 2 step to help launch the car, 60 ft was 2.0, think I
Can manage mid 11s with better 60ft. How you liking the rouge tune,
Am thinking of switching to megasquirt

Josh is doing wonders with the new software and new DME to boot. I like it a lot. I'm sure you'd be happy with it.

A 2.0 is doing pretty good in these cars. I had used a two step the year prior to my best passes. I should have started back to using it after I hit the 11s but never did. It started becoming a nice bracket car after awhile so I just left it.

Your setup is pretty impressive. It will be nice if you keep pushing it. No one else has been doing it lately... It'd be nice to have some friendly competition

What cam are you running?

Would like to try and get the 60 down to at least 1.8, am running a web 274 cam

Friend of mine is switching to MS, I'll see how that goes before I make
up my mind on management. I do plan to get going faster, would like to see a10sec pass
This spring.

Like I said, I'm pretty impressed with how well you've done so quickly.

It is possible to get sub 1.70 60's. I've gotten one 1.66 and many high 1.70s. The problem becomes parts breakage ie cv's and transaxles.

I've yet to put together what I'd call a perfect run. Mostly spinning with high mph. When I have gotten decent 60's, it would either spin in second or it used to slip the clutch. If I had my good 60's combined with my good top end runs, 10 would be achievable. (I used to doubt that it would be)

They are not easy cars to drag race. Which is why I'm so impressed with what you've done so quickly.

The race is on to hit that mark

What exactly were you breaking in the transaxle? Diffs, or shreading gear??
I asked because am fairly new to the car.

The axles themselves generall break first. It is generally the CV cages that get damaged.

This will help with the CV joints. It keeps the transaxle from swinging which can result in broken CV cages. It is cheap and proven. I would do this for sure:
