For the 8 of the 16v? I just got one from my local porsche shop for the 16v! So i would assume it's also available for the 8v!

But if not; just measure the key (they are almost all the same) and go to your local (but good) hardware shop and order one! If that would be a problem you can have the one from the cam i have here!

PS, you can order them here but that's in the US: http://www.944online.com/cgi-bin/ASI...kukey_20051160

The 900-series parts are all DIN standard. 900 = DIN, 117 maps to a specific DIN standard. I am traveling this week and don't have access to the mapping, which Porsche published back when they shifted from the scheme they used for the 356 era cars.

If Porsche does not provide the part any longer, it should be available from sources like Maryland Metric.

Or you could buy a modified key to move your torque curve down the RPM range. It's a bit more expensive but everyone who's ever done it has high praise for the immediate positive impact. I've purchased a set for my 86 and will install it when I'm back in the U.S. for Christmas.
