Default -044 Fule Pump Line

I am getting ready to install an -044 fuel pump. I didnt get fittings with it.

Does anyone know if the fittings typically used are an -6An or an -8AN fitting?

This is the -6AN

Or is the -8An used?

I cannot find specs on what size hose is used with each.

Anyone know which of these to order (and yes, I need a metric adapter too).

Thanks.

I already did a search and also found those.

The second thread talks about thread pitch (I just need a 12x1.5 metric adapter).

In the first one there is one post that says

"-6 AN fittings and braided hose"

Another post in the thread:

"I used 8an braided line for the inlet"

This is why i am trying to figure out what adapter is generally being used.

-6AN or -8AN

I suspect the -8An has more fuel flow, but, does the fuel line fit over a -8AN?

I used -8AN for the inlet since this size hose fits the outlet nipple coming out of the fuel tank. I used pushloc fuel hose and standard hose clamps. The fitting is -8AN 130* bend, pushloc. Might be 120* bend, can't remember exactly.

Pump outlet is -6AN pushloc with a 90* bend. Again, I used -6 pushloc fuel line since it matches the diameter of the stock rubber fuel line.
