Thanks. I'm working on a headlight mod and was going to use mini h1 projectors but I like the sound of leds

They make a round 7" LED model too..probably wouldnt be too hard to retrofit. I like the idea as well, I'm running stock sealed lights which obviously suck, and a lighting upgrade is near the top of my to do list. I was considering the DIY GTS style fixed lights for weight savings but don't like that you actually lose light output with them do to non optimal beam aiming.

Very interesting. When mines go out, I'd definitely consider these. I like the weight saving of deleting the front headlights also but like the clean and period correct look of the factory. With these, it would be the best of both- retain factory look with modern tech mixed in yet out of the way when you don't want them showing. I am running those super white ones from Performance Products from years ago and they provide plenty of light output for me. Will be interested if they are just plug and play and should draw lower current as well.

I'm interested in hearing a review of these. The price is a bit high for me to be the guinea pig on this product. Would it be the Model 8700 evolution that we would be buying?
