Smile Central OH Help!!! Need a Turbo Coolant Inlet/ Sensor Pipe

I finally got the 951 together after about a year on stands and find the turbo coolant inlet/ sensor pipe is cracked whizzing on the ground.

If I could at least have one early next week, P2O would be possible.

Part number, 951 106 056 08 (photo from the web)

There is a breaker around Kenton that seems to get old 944 stuff from time to time that pops up on car-part.com if I am looking for something. I'm not sure if they would have this part though...

Where you referring to Brim's Import Auto?
Tried them, but no luck, thanks regardless.

Would it be possible to sweat this pipe or use JB Weld as a repair?

I think it has separated where the banjo tube goes into the threaded sensor portion. I should have it off tonight to see the damage.

I silver soldered one a few years ago and it held fine even at 400 whp. Bought it at Home Depot:

You use a hand help propane torch.

Try John at A Part Above, in Ashland OH.

apartabove.com

If he doesn't have one PM me I might still have a stock one kicking around.

In a pinch, Permatex ultra grey can also seal up coolant leaks as well. Probably not a good long term solution, but I've definitely used it before.

Best of luck!

Default Thanks for the offers... closing this out

I had my dealer order one from Deutschland, none in the US at the time. My dealership parts group are great! Arrived in less than a week, no shipping fee, NEW and less than $100!

The new one looks improved where the pipe meets the sensor section.
