Sounds exactly like a problem I had when my DME chip wasn't completely seated. It ran when cold, then when it started to warm up, it would completely cut out. Would still turn over, but not fire. Let it sit, then it would start up again.

I just had to push the DME chip all the way in. It was my error from a previous DME chip upgrade.
