I have not had the car on the track yet, but would like to this year. Summit Point or VIR would be closest.

Brian,

not sure if you remember me, we met a few years ago right after I bought my 944 turbo and it bent valves two days later... I got the car built up with a new head and am planning a turbo swap this summer. I'd be very interested in the dyno day if you have another one.

Yep, I remember you. Didn't I stop by your place to pick up John's compression tester? I'll definitely keep you in mind for the next dyno day. Would be great to get some 944 representation out there!

I think you're getting to full boost pretty late considering your turbo and boost pressure. Have you tested the intake system for leaks?

Odb812 - I noticed the same thing, but it spools much sooner on the street. 36-3700 I see full boost. No idea why it took so long to spool on the dyno. I've gone over everything, and it's all buttoned down tight.

They did the pulls in 4th gear, right? I still think 36-3700 is a little bit late to hit 18 psi with that turbo.

Yup that was me! Right down the street in Fairfax. Might need to link up with you sooner rather then later to see if you can give my car a paint ressurection... i remember that you did quite the job on yours.

Yes, pulls were made in 4th. 36-3700 seems to be the norm from what I've seen for the Kokeln V. Keep in mind I'm on the stock DP, 2.5" exhaust, and I have a cat.....so that most certainly is producing some back pressure.
