turbo S slim to re use or???

hey guys I got all my turbo S brakes ready for swap.

these look like oem which I removed from pads but are nasty do they sell new versions or do I use new pads that are available as "with shims"?

What Van said. It can be a real pain to pull the pads out if they adhere to the backing plate of the brake pad.
