I've installed and mapped a few of the Link EMS' and I really like them. Very flexible when it comes to sensors and inlets/outlets. I run an older G3 Plus upgraded to G4 hardware. The Storm is enough for most applications. Sure it's with extra in/outlets with the Extreme but in reality very few people need them or use them.
Duke i am running the same ECU with upgraded G4 hardware. Works really well and easy to learn

Here's some more pics from the engine build.

Lot's of space with the smaller big end crank and rods

Rod bearings

Dry sump pan

The oh so important Loctite 3020 on Cometic gaskets..

Lots of this stuff to fuel the build...

As I have a custom sway bar setup the alternator doesn't fit in my car. I had to rotate the alternater outwards and make a custom tensioner setup and move the dry sump pump on the bracket.

New tensioner setup being made

Tight!

Finished

Plumbing up a dry sump system takes a lot of time and a big pile of hoses and fittings.

And how about some car pics. Note that the splitter is missing on these pics

Lots of nice parts! And great results!
Any more shots of the trigger wheel and sensor mount?

Thanks Julian. I'm using a factory trigger setup via a lightened factory S2 flywheel which have 60-2 teeth's. That way you don't have to fiddle with a trigger on the front of the crank.

Now that is a built 951.

Why aren't you using a twin scroll turbo?

I will build a set of 4-1 headers instead and gain more top end compared to twin scroll.

Stunningly awesome... I like the tape between the IC and the rad

You had to skip the 944 S2 crank pulley (with the vibration damper) because of the new type of belt...

Not concerned with exposing the coolant tank to the headers' heat?

I love the large oil cooler.

Some things you shouldn't over complicate Duct tape is perfect for sealing up tiny spaces. Air flow management is all about details

To be honest I can't really remember why I didn't use the S2 damper. I might have been due to something with the dry sump pulley.

I made a sandwhiched heat shield with 2 layer of stainless 0.7 mm with 11 mm heat shield padding inside that sits just above the headers. Very effective.
