Default 3.1l 16v turbo 91 mm stroker dry sump build

I'm approaching assembly of my new 16v engine. Will post pics later on.
Engine spec:

104.28 mm bore / 91 mm stroke.

* 91 mm stroker crank for Mitsibushi Evo rod size. Nitride hardened.
* Carillo rods
* ACL race rod bearings - great upgrade with this rod/crank spec
* 968 dry sleeved block with pinned girlde and 9/16 ARP head studs
* 968 head with Lindsey beehive valve springs
* 280/268 degrees camshafts
* Custom 1 7/8" 4-1 headers in 321
* CEP dry sump system
* Short runner intake from my previous engine
* Garrett GT3582R with 1.06 a/r T3
* Custom JE pistons in 2618

Other stuff that will be reused:
* Tial 44 mm wg
* Link G4 EMS
* Bosch 1200 cc high imp injectors
* Fuellab fuel pump and filter
* Larger intercooler
etc..

Don't you expect to reach max DC% with 1200cc injectors on E85?

Looking forward to seeing pics of the build!

Thanks guys, it will be an interesting engine for sure.
The injectors are too small to really max out the engine but I will start out with reasonable boost levels.
These injectors work with 7+ bar of fuel pressure so I can always turn it up to say 5 bar and have 1550 cc/min.

High expectations for this one Gustaf. If the last motor was anything to go by we want to see at least 650whp!! Some of you guys are going to have massive torque-monsters. Wonder if you will have to compensate for this?

650whp per cylinder, at least!
Yes the torque is more of a problem at this level than a benefit. The larger turbine housing, the more aggressive cams and the headers will move the powerband higher up and lessen the sudden onset of gobs of torque.

Also, I'm running a little lower CR on this engine than the previous one. I'm down to 8.9:1 which was a little lower than I wanted to go but that is what we ended up with.
All in all this is more of a pure race engine than the previous engine. Turbo will be the limiting factor for really high power.

Sounds like you have some room to move though. In other words, the c/r isn't too high or too low. The power band will be high-ish but not right up to the edge. Turbo is not big or small for this motor. You can make changes to some of these facets and massage where your power is and how it's delivered. What's not to like!!

It's like a buffet of power. Lol!
Yeah it should be a good healthy powerband with the current setup.

Does it have some sort of bracing for the cylinder bores?
