nope confirmed it is just hopping sometimes on key turn but its dead there is no activity on the gauge, if one connector is bad and one good would it still show nothing? just curious

Yeah - both reference sensors need to be working properly in order for the DME to try to fire the coil.

weeeeeelll looks like i get to fab up a link to the sensor cause the one is not gonna be repairable with what i have on hand

If your reference sensor wiring is factory, then I highly recommend the replacement that Lindsey Racing sells:

ok checked your video on the previous page, extended cranking makes the air smell of fuel so im pretty sure fuel delivery isnt the problem, my tach now bounces matching your video. No spark still, what the heck could it be? I guess new dme is my last option?

also i am jumpering it for any newcomers and i can hear the fuel pump going so fuel is good, new filters and some lines.

Are you checking for spark at the coil, or at the plug? Check it at the coil to eliminate a possible cap&rotor issue.

Have you tried another DME chip? Perhaps the current one got fried.

After that, then I would try a different DME.

will swap chips in the morning, then have to find a dme

checked the fuel injectors before also, was getting some seemed to be pulsing them
