Hahaha but see im only dumb sometimes and thought of this! I mounted driving lights also up above in the grill slit ill take pictures after ive had some grub, ive got 70 hours since thurs in the car. Im famished. Now my next problem is im running super rich and it starts misfiring and having trouble revving 60 seconds after starting. Also if i start the car and immediately start to drive i can rev it up fine for a bit, once i cruise for a sec the same problem starts up till the car will barely run. If i pull over and start up im good till i cruise a bit. Suggestions? Rogue had me unplug the 02 but the problem persisted.
How long does it run ok? 60 seconds or more like 5-10? If the AFR is all out of whack you can typically get it to start and run ok for 5 seconds or so before the computer starts responding to the inputs it's getting. How do you know it's rich? What engine management are you using? Was it running ok with these same parts previously or have you installed new parts and can't get them to work well together?

Review all the basics. Check the fuel damper, AFM (if you have not converted.) Also if you fitted a 3 bar FPR I assume your software is expecting all that extra fuel?

I have done all that and most of the info is already in this thread as to whats been done. Mtune, 80lbs, no dampener, 3 bar fuel pressure reg, I have searched and read more than you can imagine. Im wondering if my fuel pump might be dying, I can hear it and dont hear it cutting out, My Afr gauge is indicating the rich condition.

Very strange starts quick, runs ok for a sec starts blipping, misfires under constant throttle. On misfire the afr jumps from 12-13 up to 15. Throttle becomes sluggish. If i turn it off and restart its fine for a sec. jumpered the dme relay, checked all my grounds and connections, tryed unplugging o2, double checked maf, new coil, plugs, rotor, cap, wires,80lbs injectors, bosch 3bar fpr, m-tune, newly timed(triple checked). I did remove the fuel dampener but was told that shouldnt cause this. Only thing i can think is reference spacing but i made new harnesses which i quadruple checked, revs seem fine on the gauge starts with 0 issue.

Yeah everything else checks out i have literally gone over everything many times, both my self and the master tech that works for are pretty profficient and normally able to research enough to work through it but this has us stumped, you can literally hear the injectors just cut of for a sec every 3 seconds, when idling.

Oh if your injectors cut out then the fuel pump is not likely the cause. Verify this with a noid light, scope the output from the S/R sensors, check the TPS. If you have done a lot of reading you probably know to try disconnecting the TPS.

Idle air control tested as per 944 online instructions. its working. Also when the injectors blip out the fuel pressure increases proving the injectors are cutting out.
