Today I had some free time, So I finished up my Cam Box, Painted, resealed, Installted a Late NA cam 09R, and a 4 degree advance key. Hopefully she will be ready for summer. Oh Also I was able to repair the Keyway On the Cam retainer flange, Little welding and a dremel, Fits perfect.

I've never heard of swapping the cam for a late N/A. What are the expectations from the swap??

Oh....and next time you have free time....come up to Durham and do mine!! haha

Hey Will, The late NA camshaft has 1mm more intake lift and about 8 degrees more exhaust duration, It's not a huge difference but most report a little difference in performance, And a little quicker turbo spool up, The 4 degree advance key, if you do a search Rouge Ant did a dyno run on his NA and gained almost 30hp, and better low end torque with a slight lose at high RPM, Since this is a street driven back road 951 I'm gonna give it a shot and see how it feels. We should get together this summer and go for a blast

I've never heard of this modification......may have to check it out.

Haven't driven the car more than a few hundred miles since the rebuild and upgrades. Any excuse to pull it out of the barn will work for me!
