M030 Front Strut Top Hat Options
Hello,
I have a set of front M030 struts for a 951, and don't have the top hats. I am not concerned about the originality factor here, only function. Can you please advise as to options I have besides replacing with the costly top hats? I am planning on using the the Paragon 2 1/2" conversion as well. This will be a street car with some occasional auto-x, so infinite adjustability won't be required.
Thanks

Looking at this link, since I would convert to a 2 1/2" spring, does that mean I can use just about any of these plates on top of the M030, or do I still have to use specific M030 offerings?

The M030 strut has a 22mm shaft topped with a 14mm OD threaded section. So when ordering your plates request spacers for the 14mm measurement. I'm using the GC Top mount plates with my M030 struts without issue.
Do you have the bottom spring mount rings for the 2.5" springs?

So most of these camber plate kits come with the top hats already? It seems like most people like the top mount type kits for the M030 application from what I have read. Does your GC top mount come with the spring top hat as well, rendering the one Paragon supplies a spare? Sorry for being such a newb on this.
