According to ebay, as long as its not already taken you could. Yes, I agree it could be deceptive and morally wrong but not illegal.

Yeah, okay Mike. You even use the same 2nd grade grammar Hobocan is known to use.

As long as Ian has the name trademarked then he may indeed get eBay to remove it.
Ian, my offer to help you with eBay is still open.

I applaud the change, but still, he took too long to correct his mistake and the fact that he could have ever selected the 944online name is too blatant to excuse. I do like the new name.

Now I see this. I just bought an oil cooler loop from him last week. He seemed like a nice guy. If it comes through nice and smooth, I'll let you guys know. It's scheduled for delivery so maybe things have turned around for him.

I've tried over and over to get a hold of Lart but he won't respond to me. I have a bunch of tranny gears that I want to give to him and I need a few things.

Lart, I see your on here, but you won't answer any emails. What's up?

If you bought and paid through eBay and Paypal, you will get your item. If not then it is a coin toss.

Most of his stuff is way over priced for what you receive. I don't like his description "STOCK PHOTO" as I want to see what I am buying. It is habit now that I skip over his stuff if I notice his name. I just can't afford to take a chance on him. By buying items on the Forum's I've never been ripped off by fellow members.

Cheers,
Larry

Could someone who was ever wronged by this guy speak up and provide specifics??? I'm tired of reading unsubstantiated accusations and innuendos. I've been buying parts from him for years and never-ever had a problem. I wish I could say the same about most of the businesses that I deal with.

There have been a bunch. Do a quick search on some of the names/aliases mentioned.
