Can anyone come up with a reasonable excuse how this can be an honest mistake? Is there some loophole that will allow someone to use any name they wish? I dibs IRS if there is!

There was a precision motorsports in new jersey a few years back who worked on my old 951 then went out of business, there were a ton of law suites. The guy was a scam artist.

I don't know anything about the "944online" name dispute but all of my dealings with Mike Hobocan a.k.a Precision Motorsports in Shelton, CT have been more than exceptional. Mike is a super nice guy who has gone way out of his way to help me and other 951 owners over the years. No flame intended. I'm just stating my experience with Precision Motorsports.

I would probably agree that mike as precision was ok, but stealing someone's business name, specially someone like Ian who has been there 30 years is not nice.

Stock photos, some outrageous false claim as online seller of the year, and now stealing someone's business name - that's enough red flags that anyone in the know should stay away from his business.

Welcome back Mike. Looks like you haven't figure out that you're fighting a losing cause.

Just shutting up and not posting on forums will help you more than this crap.

Oh I mean... new guy. I guess we shouldn't ASSUME that you're new and the first post you have on the forum is to just defend a crook.

Oh by the way - that auxiliary water pump you sold me is a piece of crap.
