Is this a 944S harmonic balancer with a crank trigger? in the last picture you can see the harmonic balancer of the 944s2

944S has a regular crank pulley, not a balancer...no idea what that is.

that almost looks like someone put an aftermarket gear on the harmonic balancer for a crank angle sensor. That's the only thing I can think of... Do let us know if you figure it out

I'm confused as to which 44s came with balancers, but that looks like a custom EDIS trigger wheel.
