I think so as well.
I've only interacted with Powerhaus once, back when I lived in AZ and was looking into buying my first 951. Guy definitely seems to know his stuff; IMA out in VA has a similar attitude.
All I can remember about our encounter was him trying to convince me to NOT buy a 951. Weird.

It WAS David Raines personal car..... I worked on it there when I was working at PowerHaus for almost 2 years....
PowerHaus here in Az is no more, David sold it and now he works at the P-car dealership in North Scottsdale, I still talk to him every now and then...
Nice car, it was DRIVEN to a lot of events/races.... it was BUILT right!!!
