Default Does anyone make an Aluminum skid plate?

Hi is anyone aware of where I can get a bolt-on aluminum/(steel?) skid plate that can replace the bat wing and extend to cover the oil pan? I don't have the tools to make one out of sheet metal. Thanks!
Something along the lines of this :

Actually, just took a look into skid plates and it seems Polycarbonate/Lexan would be much better. Any ideas?

Aluminium or SS skid plates would be easier to make then the lexan ones.

If someone made one of those I would get one. Would need some vents though.

A sheet 48x96 sheet of 3/16" Polycarbonate is about $141.00. I don't imagine it would cost too much to have it custom cut. I know 96" is wide enough to span the bumper but is 48" long enough to cover the oil pan? I'd much rather get that than a metal one since it resists deformation, lighter, resists corrosion, and slides over stuff rather than catching on.

Perfect timing. I just got a bunch of coroplast from a near by street corner for just this sort of project. My garage looks like a campaign head quarters.

Go out now before all the signs are gone and grab a couple of the 4x8 and 4x4 signs.

IMO it would be a worthwhile consideration to come up with a way to suspend the plate from the frame rails somehow so it is a more ridgid structure that still protects the bumper/underbody...attaching one end to the bumper eliminates any flexibility the bumper would have.

Recently installed a belly pan setup on a Tacoma, now that was a nice piece. Full coverage from under the front bumper to the transmission tailshaft, bolted to the frame, and the plates were 1/4" steel. Overkill obviously for our purposes but still...
