There are SO many instances of 'accident' fraud. -That guy probably had three or four "witnesses" near the crossing, all of whom will swear that he was crossing legitimately and got hit. -there are dozens of videos of their faces falling when the driver points to the dashcam.

Also, other videos of "hoppers" (as they're known) being kicked purple by the driver...
