Thanks everybody for the support, I lost 17lbs, I am eating in small portions and sugar levels have gone down to 160 in the morning, 128 at noon and 140 at night, way better than the 484ml last week

Hey, Luis,
I am glad to hear the results! Great job!!! I finally got off my couch a year ago and started riding bicycles again. Man, a brisk 45 minutes in the morning drops my blood sugar by a third! Hard to beat exercise and common sense dieting. Keep up the progress, my friend!
