Best 951 shop in Lower bay area/san Jose?

I thought I would ask this question before I take my car into BTM motorwerks in Cambell/San Jose this coming week.
I have a 951 that is still not running properly. My plugs are filthy black, the narrowband is always showing a rich condition, and car smells of excessive fuel. I am looking to take the car to a competent shop as I am burnt out on restoring this thing. I wanted to see if some folks here have a shop they know first hand are really good with our cars. I have heard BTM is pretty darn solid, but I have no experience with any shop in all of the bay area.
Thankyou for the input.

Hi Kev, I thought about calling you to see if you knew anyone.
Yes, we did the engine swap and had the car running "better". It was boosting normal and was at 12 lbs. The car still had a little high idle and a drop throttle problem. This went on for about 2 month's, and then I turned it on one morning and it went to he#$. Car stumbled upon start up, spit out exhaust, smelled of gas and runs really rich. I have upgraded the whole ignition system, and changed the fuel filter, amongst other diagnostics. No change.
I am tired of trying with this thing and need someone else to look at it. No, I never received the software update yet, but the car should run much better than it is anyway.
Hope you are well and starting to enjoy San Diego more. Let me know if you need recommendations down there, I know that place really well.

Rats - I sent the software update to your old address, then I completely spaced re-sending it to your proper address...
I will get it out.
As far as the rich-condition, double-check fuel pressure, FQS switch, and DME coolant temp.

Thanks Josh, it will be nice to get the updated chip. But I know my problem is somewhere else in the engine. The car is becoming my daily driver for awhile so I must get it running very well.

Jerry Woods in Campbell can get it done. I have seen some pretty rare/exotic Porsche race cars entrusted to his service. Hugo Boss Lemans 924, 944 GTP to name drop a few.

Thankyou for these recommendations. I have been recommended a few of these from asking around. Namely CT and Don's auto werks.
On my own I have tested the TPS and it checks out fine per clarks garage procedure. Next I plan on replacing the coolant temp sensor although I think the problem is bigger than that. Car will not boost at all.

I have the thread titled will not boost after 5000 rpm to better describe the situation.
I noticed today when I unplug the Oxygen sensor the car runs normal when not boosting. Although it still won't rev past about 4400 rpm and is very lean (expected).
When the O sensor is plugged back in it goes towards normal to the rich side with my narrowband. Plus I start to get a rising idle to about 1500 rpm.
My next step is to take out the Rogue injectors and chip, put the stock ones in and see if this damn car will run once and for all.
Mods are:
Rogue M-tune
full 3 inch exhaust
50 trim turbonetics ...rebuilt
3 bar fpr.
New plugs, cap, rotor, wires, and coil.
MBC but at stock position.
New Oxygen sensor.
LR vac hose kit.
Engine a rebuild that ran well before being put in. With a widefire HG.
Probably more, but that is a start. I have so much money into this car and about a 100 miles of driving in 2 years time. With the car running like **** the whole time, it sucks.
