Default Euro Bumper, yes or no?

I have been contemplating swapping out the rear bumper on my '87 turbo for the sleeker looking euro version for awhile, but as they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Well, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), my rear bumper now IS broke after my detailer rear ended a parking garage column. It therefore seems like an opportune time to make the switch. Just looking for any feedback or suggestions before I pull the trigger if you have any experience or thoughts, one way or the other. I guess it probably just comes down to personal style preference, so pictures are also appreciated!

This was the one I was looking at in case anyone has other recommendations (again, it's not my dime, so I'm not looking for cheap replacements):

On that note, anybody have a recommendation for a good body shop in the northern VA area?

Thanks.

They come up for sale from time to time, I think I saw one not long ago, but I know it sold.

Euro bumpers look real nice! Especially on turbos..

Go for it! Get one off eBay.uk, they dont sell for much in the UK.. kinda like trying to sell a stock bumper state side. If i remember right i paid like $250 shipped for mine a few years ago, came in red also . Remember to get the mounts also.

You can get all of the mounts and hardware from Sunset Porsche, in Oregon, and for cheap. Seriously, 944Online is a great catalog so that you can figure out what to buy from someone who isn't trying to dry bone you and then slap your sister.

Guess I'm one of the few who doesn't like it, not that I'm a huge fan of the giant black bumperettes either. Does anyone have pictures of shaved and smoothed factory bumper?
