Ok, received my boat;

Needs new floor,
Needs new stringer,
may need new transom, though mine is already ideally raised (X-dimension) for speed
will redesign engine compartment for my 951 power plant.

Boat is stripped of expensive (steal-able items as they are unobtainable), will split the hull to blueprint the underside, remove some "hook" (water foil) for additional speed, reinforce the upper bow, replace the floors & stringer, set the 951 engine, etc), then put the hull back together & prepare for paint.

Here are a few pictures. DONT be upset that I'm semi-taking my time...I have family issues & this IS my long-term project, but I plan to get in at least 1/2 day each week, with photos>

Mark, if you haven't already, check out user FriscoJarretts on youtube. He went thru a similiar process of replacing the transom and stringers & did great videos.
