Nice David. Do you have any pics from the other side showing the adaptors?

I'm heading back to Australia in Dec (NSW/Glenbrook Pat ) so I will be taking my 951 out of the box and blowing the dust off it when I get there. I reckon it will feel like a vintage 951 compared to some of the recently developed 951s getting around.

Thanks Bruce. I just like looking at the pics to give me a reference re the orientation of the calipers and with the additional adaptors. Nice looking pieces! btw I've bought a set of non Mo30 spindles to get some Cups fitted. Due to the age of these I'm having them crack tested. Do you think that's wise?

Wayne, that's great news. Well at least for us with another nice 951 in amongst us. Are you leaving the 996?

Absolutely. You can't be too careful here. A simple Magnaflux or Sonically checked?

The extent of progress on my LS1 swap.. havent had time to do anything! Still shooting to have it running before the end of fall. After like 3 months of ordering parts, i finally have everything i need. Have the deck mating surface clean and the stud holes cleaned out. Need to install the new cam, oil pump, timing set and new oil pan... slap the rebuilt heads on and get the engine ready to put into the car. Still need to take the brake booster out also. Only had about a week at home in the last 3 months to get anything done, damn work schedule is killing my time frame.

Well after going to Pocono with the 951, it sprung oil leaks out of now where. Now I decided to buy another engine and do a rebuild with all new rings, bearings, gaskets, seals, belts, baffles, sensors, etc. Just picked it up on Wednesday. Guy said it has a Chris White head. Hopefully will be done in 3 weeks and in the car. Also going to put a Vittessi maf with V-flex software from Techno Duck.

New Wheels. I painted the TR wheels, that some of us picked up on sale. I'll try to get a pic or two. I'm having to remove the 285's on the rear. Too big, no going to work. I didn't like the polished aluminum look so I used a black chrome kit. They came out exactly as I wanted, in terms of color. Upclose, you can see a small flaw, here or there, but otherwise I'm real happy with it. I'm also trouble shooting some electric crap and some vac leaks...what else is new?!, but anyway, coming along.
