Well, the engine is now out...I will eventually start another thread to sell individual components and/or package deals for anything I don't need. In the mean time, PM me if there is any specific component you are interested in.

Oh, I also took a video of the engine running/driving before pulling it. Audio is crappy, I think I had my finger over the mic for the first few seconds, but atleast it proves it was a running engine.

Drifting
I've tinkered with the idea of doing an EV -- mine was going to be a Boxster.
Buddy just completed a Jeep.
Read your blog -- other than the netgain -- I haven't seen any of your other EV choices.
I was going to use the Soliton, and my buddy was able to use it.
I need to find out what DC-DC he used -- he had the guy put in a series inductor which made a huge difference.
I think he's had trouble with his SOC meter -- can't get good readings due
to noise on the HV lines. Even after conditioning.
He tried to go clutchless -- but that was a mess -- so he tore it all back
down and put the clutch back in -- much better.
I have a BMS system from the UK guys. Its a DIY kit that has been
preassembled. Since I'm not doing an EV any time soon.
Your welcome to it for $200. LMK.
Also LMK if you have any questions or need a contact for my buddy.
good luck,
Mike
