Perhaps show the customer the 920X tool from Arnnworx and let them decide if that would be an acceptable alternative way of checking belt tension? At the end of the day they do the same things and are both susceptible to the same shortcomings, but one is quite a bit less expensive.

Modded, I posted that I need a P9201....that's it. What i didn't post was...hey guys im looking for a less expensive alternative to the factory P9201..... I appreciate your willingness to help but im not looking for an alternative.

As of now i need to find a factory P9201 that is fully functional and complete but cosmetic appearance makes no difference. If that option is not available and i must pay full value then im looking for a new Staeger that some German stashed away back in 1984. I've always thought of these more as a collector piece for the Porches purest, but im more or less being forced to buy one at the moment. I need to pick one up before the end of the month so if anyone can be of some assistance id appreciate it.

Ah, no, I did not. Did a few searches and came up with Pelican and Paragon. Didn't want to under-price (have done that for a few items), but will adjust accordingly when I have a chance. Thanks!
