It's a nice car. Too nice to part out. But that's neither here nor there. It's not the compressor change that will fix the lag. It's the turbine side. Just make sure you have an appropriate sized turbine and you'll still get your 350RWHP.... it's just that you'll make a lot more than 125HP at 3500rpms. That turbine is way too big. Is it a garrett turbine? If so, you can just change out the housing and/or the wheel and tighten it up and end up and get a ton more power in the lower and mid range which will make the car 10x more fun to drive.

is a comp turbo triple bearing equivalent of a GT35R, according to the po, but honestly I dont know the true specs it was in the car when we bought it

Is it a KKK style turbine housing or a Garrett style turbine housing?

The turbo is fine, you just need to add a little displacement to spin it up sooner. 3 liters should do it...

BTW, the AFR curve could be cleaned up a bit - no need to drop into the 10's the way it is above 5K....

GT35 is too big for a 2.5L as you can see. Well for the street anyway. That curve isn't bad for a track car.

Lark928: while i appreciate the need to explore something you have already done shouldnt you address the issue of making drivability king instead of being a numbers car.
